For the enjoyment of all, guests are required to agree to the code of conduct, including respect for the tranquillity of people staying at Lower Mill Estate. We are not able to take bookings for hen and stag parties, nor corporate bookings. Our cottage is no smoking and no pets (due to allergies of some of our regular guests).

Your booking includes bedding, towels and full access to the exclusive Lower Mill Estate spa and other facilities as well as Ultrafast fibre (300Mb) internet access.

Enhanced cleaning measures are in place, including disinfecting/ sterilising with a professional ‘fogger’ before you arrive.
